Just going to say Sander is a rad guy who takes care of his customers. Great chatting with him through out my time at the store, and it made me want to buy more. It is going to have everything you would expect from a Patagonia brick and mortar store, just the service is something special.
They custom ordered a rash guard for me and it arrived very quickly. After having an issue with it they gave me the choice of having it repaired or replaced. Very happy with my shopping experience and the customer service there. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

If you love Patagonia then you will love this store. I know someone who wanted a particular hoodie but they did not have it and someone had returned it and Patagonia called them to say that it was back in store 3 weeks to a month later! They are amazing and such great quality all around!
Its a place right downtown Victoria! There's a tall tree outside, and the building is a creamy white. It's just up the block from Government street on Yates street, before Broad street. It's a great location in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely neighborhood, great place to go by during a stroll through the city
