I purchased my Tag Heuer Monaco on July 27 while in Victoria on a stop on an Alaska cruise I wanted a Tag Heuer since I was a kid now 50 years later I have one as sort of a souvenir very nice experience not pushy will try to go back if I take another Alaska cruise which I am planning
I had an excellent experience at this location. My wife and I came up from Seattle for a weekend trip for our anniversary. I always stop in any fine jewelry store that carries Swiss watches when we travel, and Lugaro delivered more than most. The store was not busy, but the salesmen were not pushy. They allowed me plenty of time to browse and were always ready to answer my questions. When my wife surprised me and said that we could go ahead and purchase one of the watches I had been looking at for months, the salesmen didn't get overly excited or treat us any differently. They were very professional and thorough. They made absolutely sure that I was satisfied with the size adjustment and made sure I knew exactly how much I was spending with the exchange rate. It was my best watch buying experience yet, and I walked away with a beautiful Tudor Heritage Black Bay! I will definitely purchase another watch from this location the next time I travel to Victoria!
I decided to change my review based on the service I have received over the last month from a different sales associate. Mark has gone above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. He has been helpful, friendly and treated me with respect from day one. I didn't feel any pressure from him and was treated like a friend. Mark is the only reason I returned to make a second purchase, he has been helpful and sincere. I had every intention of going to Vancouver for this purchase - Mark made me change my mind. HI Everyone,I went today 23 sept 2018 to the Victoria Downtown location and I am very unhappy with them, I ask the gentleman working if he had a GMT Rolex Batman and he replied yes I do, I was very happy because it is a very hard Watch to get; I ask him if i could see it and he said please come in; he went to the back and came back with it; I tried it on and it was exactly what I want it, so I ask him if I could pay for it. But he told me that unless I was thinking on buying something else with a minimum price of 10,000 and up I shouldn't even think about it. I think that it is a pretty low and stupid way to do business; they are taking advantage to all of his customers and that it is very low. Imagine what kind of diamonds you are getting. I bought an engagement ring from them for my wife 7 years ago and now I am questioning myself if they are what they say they are. Im pretty sure if they are trying to make an extra buck selling a watch they could easily being doing other things with the jewelry they sell. So be aware I will say they are scammers; And I will never trust them again unless they make this right. I was willing to pay full asking price; I did not ask for any discount or whatsoever.I am willing to remove this review if they come clean and they get a hold of me; I will come and buy the watch if they play the cards right. please email me back at the following email address I will also going to put my complain with Rolex because it is not right to show me the watch and not sell it to me; I do understand if they hide it for other customers, but if they let me try it on and then they say they can't sell it is just not right.Thank you
Been shopping at Lugaro since I lived in Vancouver 20 years ago. First Metrotown, then Park Royal and now happy the have a location in Victoria. Bought 6+ watches from Lugaro and won't shop elsewhere. Always a fun and pleasant experience.
