This place is awesome I highly recommend them. The customer service was fantastic Carl was a 10 out of 10. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions. We left the store with some cool pieces of jade and I learned something new.
Wish I could rate 0 stars for the very rude staff. Within minutes of walking into the store, my boyfriend was being watched like a hawk as we heard staff saying how they need to watch him simply because he was walking with his hands behind his back so not to accidentally knock anything over. I understand loss prevention is important for a store like this, but the fact that he was judged simply for his appearance/body language the second he walked through the door is ridiculous.

Product was sent the day of with an email notification2. Product is as expected and as seen on website3. Pricing is superb! (half the price compared to other sites)A simple jade pendant/accessory and found it at Jade Victoria for an awesome price! The Pi (donut) plus regular Canada Post was all under $40. Compared to other sites, which a small Pi (20mm) cost just as much.Came through the mail with bubble wrap. I went with Canada Post for the small item. I do recommend other delivery options if you're ordering larger/more precious items. Con: (Thus the reason for a missing star)The only drag was the website. It's slow, outdated and looks a bit unprofessional. Made me think twice before purchasing. Had to Google their location/review to double check the credibility of the store.
