The staff took considerable time to assist me to select a new pillow. I was very impressed considering it was not long before closing before a long weekend. They really knew what to point out and suggest and helped me try a great number of them.

I received a zero gravity recliner chair from Relax the Back, Victoria for my birthday about 20 years ago. Recently I went through divorce, I missed my chair so much that I had it put into my divorce settlement 'divorce court order' in order to get this chair back. I use it daily and love it.
The service is helpful, but don't buy the body pillow made exclusively for the Relax the Back store. It is made of a synthetic holifill down product, and it comes folded up in a plastic carry bag. When you take it out of the bag, there will be some creases in the pillow as a result of it being folded up and packed away. The problem is that because it's not real down, the material basically severs at the creases - the pillow loses it's shape integrity. I've tried sleeping with it for a few nights, but the "cuts" in the pillow-fill occur exactly where I most need the support. I spent about $150 on this product because I have terrible back pain. It's not doing its job, so I'm not happy with it - 1 star.
