My husband & I have bought all of our furniture at Chesterfields. We are especially fond of the Vancouver-designed line by Bensen. The quality is exceptional and the designs are all stunning. Now that they are manufactured in Italy they tend to take over 4 months for delivery but we've been generally happy to wait.

Nice selection in store and excellent customer service. Well-informed personable staff who actually listen, understand clients specific needs and provide prompt useful information. I feel they genuinely care for clients satisfaction. I live in Vancouver and there is a store here carrying similar items but I would always order from Chester Fields in Victoria. Highly recommend them!
Love every line they carry (especially Vancouver made Bensen), great design and quality at a reasonable price point. Both Chris and William are extremely knowledgable in their product, and right on the ball when it comes to getting quotes and keeping us in the loop with orders. Never pushy, always great to work with. As an interior designer I source a lot of furniture, and we always start our search with Chester's. Favorite furniture store in Victoria hands down.
Excellent service that goes over and above. Beyond their excellent product mix and gorgeous pieces, Chris and his staff are conscientious and accommodating to an unbelievable degree. I would absolutely purchase from them again in a heartbeat. Chester Fields' team couldn't be better and they do sell the entire gus* modern line and provide delivery and service to Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. So many of these Google reviews are fake, but please trust this one is genuine. Five stars.
