Excellent customer service. Free parking. Beautiful; well made and hand made furniture at very reasonable prices. Lots of choices. The price of similarly priced furniture from online websites can't be compared to the quality of the furniture at Porter's.

We went shopping to just look to see what they offered for bed options. Looking online, we could see that out of all options available, Porter's Wood Furniture had the best selection and quality of products. We arrived when the store opened and we were welcomed immediately. The sales staff were very friendly, helpful and receptive to our needs. We were left to explore without any sales pressures and all of our questions were thoroughly answered. In the end we purchased a bed and mattress for our spare bedroom and will be returning to replace our master bedroom set. Fantastic customer service! I have an older bunk bed from here but misplaced some of the hardware. I stopped in quickly and walked out with what I was looking for. They went out of there way to help me!
