Local outfit with fantastic service, although the selection isn't too vast. I bought a pair yesterday, and one of the pull tabs ripped. Called them up, and they offered to exchange it without any issue. Definitely pleased with their prompt resolution. Check them out, always good to shop local!
This morning I witnessed two employees and what I assumed to be the manager blatantly ignoring a potential customer, an elderly lady in a shop rider, trying to access the store via the ramp in Trounce Alley. She was ringing and ringing the doorbell while I was trying to help her and when I ran around into the store to check that it was actually open/that anybody was there the employees were sitting drinking coffee while listening to the door bell ring. They only took action when I specifically told them that somebody was waiting at the door. Unacceptable.
Great customer service! The store is such a unique cool space. They carry a wide variety of brands as well (casual-dressy) Love my On Clouds I bought there! Would definitely recommend.
