Rude, unhelpful staff. I picked up a bottle of wine last week that I loved but forgot the name of. I called to ask someone to help me find it and I gave a clear description of the label colour/design, the price, the type of wine, and the year. The store is small and it would have probably taken less than a minute to track the bottle down. I wanted to order a case of the wine from them because it was so good. The woman who answered was very rude and unwilling to help. Immediately after giving the description, she sat silently on the other end for some time and then in a very condescending tone said 'Yeah, wouldn't it like, just be easier if you came in yourself'. I explained how I lived out of town and she replied that she didn't know how she would even help me plus she was busy. I was given the clear impression that I was a nuisance for even calling. That kind of service and attitude is unacceptable these days and I would not recommended bringing your business here.

The shop is very pretty with classy vibes. It's clean, neat place with cabinets. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Variety to choose from is pretty big. And surprisingly prices are good too! Upd So far this place has biggest selection of craft ciders, not cheap bad ones, but good, different brands, dryness etc. Good job!
