awesome place. always had work for me. recommend to anyone looking to get into construction.they can lend you equipment and they make sure you can get to and from a site by vehicle or giving you bus fare. dont hesitate to give TLC a chance...
Don't waste your time with these guys they aren't as reliable as they would like you to believe
I have been working with TLC for a year now & am very sad to leave, they're really good at making sure you are comfortable at a site & they sent me to places with great people who helped me learn about construction. Everyone behind the desk is understanding, respectful and great at communication . They make sure you get to your site on time & also help you explore new feilds. They were able to get me work everyday & I managed to get some amazing references. I have a job doing what I love now & I'm happy that I found a site with people that I enjoy working with & that will understand if I need time to take care of my daughter. It's definitely a place I recommend to anyone who wants to work !

Usually all good except they witheld a check from me, promised to call me about it for months. They had a discreptency of their own and destroyed the check and the ecidence i had proving ibworked the day they seemed to have 'misplaced' it. It was 82 dollars pay up
