Darrell (store manager) is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Over the course of multiple visits, he spent several hours with us explaining and comparing spa features/usage and setting up a "wet test" but did not pressure us into a sale. We have compared other local shops and hot tub brands and our conclusion is that Twilight is the best shop and Coast Spas (which they sell) is the highest quality brand (best built and best industry-standard components).

The staff here is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Amanda has been a huge help, she explains everything in detail and helped us get our tub up and running.The store has a wide selection of product and when I didn't see something on the shelf, they ordered it for me!If you need advice, product or just want to browse, Twilight Hot tubs will not disapoint. 5 stars is not enough (;
Needed some parts for my old hot tub, they where super helpful and managed to get everything I needed. Amanda at the front desk is a keeper for sure, great customer service.
Very friendly staff that are helpful and help us learn how to properly maintain our hot tub. Their chemicals are great quality and make it easy to get the chemicals right. They also have beautiful Coast spas and great sales.
