Great park for a stroll along the water. And rarely windy
Not only is nature a key element in this place but since the addition of the Oriental Environment there is a complete sense of zen-ness. Which allows me to be at peace when here. It is a great place for dogs with the big open fields. It is also accessible to people in wheelchairs or those of us that have children. Kids gravitate to the playground area where the beach is easiest to get to. The washrooms are on the opposite side of the playground and that gives parents easy access.
It is a great place to swim but also quite a sketchy place too. Be safe!

It is nice to see the variety of wild life(birds)in a park that is practically in the middle of a city!
