Simon in fishing section was helpful as he was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Lots of good deals found in the store and Halloween stuff is out. Hillside Canadian Tire is a great location to get what your looking for
This is our go to Canadian Tire......... Great large store which is modern and always has lots of stock of items. Well staffed and lots of amble parking. Tucked at the end of the mall it is out of the way of you just want to go here with out having to take in the whole mall. Two floors so they usually have what you are looking for in stock. Checkout can sometimes be long but they always seem to move you through and once in awhile they have the self checkout open. Not sure why it isnt always open though as it would help sometimes with moving the lines quicker.
This is a huge location with two floors. There is an enormous amount of stuff here. Some of the stuff is real junk. We have had to return more than one space heater because they have stopped working quickly, well before the warranty is up. Canadian Tire has always been good about taking back defective merchandise, but I wish that they would carry more high-quality merchandise so I would not have to go through the return and repurchase process. The staff were very helpful. The bathrooms are clean. the website is helpful for looking up reviews on items and seeing if they are available at the location that you are going to. If you sign up for an account online and choose to follow price drops on an item they will email you when it goes on sale.
Excellent location. Very disabled accessible. Prices are fairly competitive but better on true sale items. Very clean. Very quiet. good selection of garden supplies and plants both inside. sidewalk, and in the parking lot. Service is very good.
I was at first very overwhelmed from the size of the store, much bigger than my old local store in Winnipeg. I am very impressed by the customer service here. I came in this last Sunday to buy some odds and ends for my new condo, and was Trying to track down a map to locate all of the items I need. I stopped Jessica as she was walking to the front of the store to ask for a map, but she assured me she could spend the extra time to help me find every thing even though I could tell That she was in the middle of a task. She did me one better than a map, and went through my full list of items listing the aisle number for all of them without needing a computer, from all over the store even the items on floor 2! Very friendly service. I also got to speak with Bill in housewares, who spoke very highly of his store and staff. Fantastic manager, had a lovely chat about the area and store. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my housewares questions. Thank you both of you, I will be back to support my new local CT store, I feel very welcomed here.
